Rigid-core RigidTile floats with its click system, no glue or nails, over almost any flat subfloor including a concrete slab. The rigid core forgives small subfloor imperfections. Leave an expansion gap around the perimeter.
Minimal upkeep: sweep and damp-mop. Being 100% waterproof, luxury vinyl shrugs off splashes, water spills and wet washing. Just avoid abrasive cleaners and steam.
